The Opportunity

Artadia Group is a holding company representing premium lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Senior Website Specialist to take full ownership of our WordPress-based company and brand websites. This role requires independent management of frontend and backend development, performance optimization, technical integrations, and continuous improvements without supervision.

What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of all WordPress websites.
Customize themes, manage plugins, and write custom code.
Ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals) & optimize databases.
Use AI tools to accelerate coding and automation.
Implement GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, and conversion tracking.
Integrate CRM and payment gateways.
Brainstorming and executing business strategy alignments.

Tech Stack

Who You Are

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in WordPress development (frontend & backend).
E-commerce: Experienced with WooCommerce or similar e-commerce systems.
Analytics: Expertise in implementing advanced analytics and tracking systems.
Soft Skills: Work fully independently, strong deadline discipline, execution mindset, highly detail-oriented, and excellent at public speaking.

Please Note: This role is NOT suitable for junior or entry-level developers, candidates needing heavy instruction, designers without strong backend capabilities, or developers lacking WordPress and e-commerce experience.
