We are seeking a highly independent professional to take end-to-end ownership. Here, you’ll brainstorm solutions, implement cutting-edge AI workflows, and scale our technical infrastructure without micromanagement.
Tech Stack Snapshot: PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, WooCommerce, GA4, Meta Pixel, and AI Coding Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of all WordPress websites; customize themes, manage plugins, write custom code.
- Optimize database performance, maintain hosting, server configuration, backups, and security.
- Build high-converting landing pages and ensure high performance (Core Web Vitals).
- Actively brainstorm and utilize AI tools to accelerate coding and automation.
- Implement analytics (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel) and integrate CRM / payment gateways.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in WordPress development (frontend & backend).
- Strong execution mindset, capable of working fully independently with high deadline discipline.
- Mastery of PHP, HTML, CSS, JS, and modern e-commerce systems (WooCommerce).
- Experienced with advanced analytics, Technical SEO, and Security Best Practices.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Note: Not suitable for junior developers or those needing heavy supervision.

What is the expected salary and work setup?
This is a 100% remote position offering an annual salary of $100,000. While the core company is based in Jakarta Selatan, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.
Is this role suitable for a junior developer?
No. We require a minimum of 5+ years of proven experience. Candidates who require heavy instruction, supervision, or lack robust WordPress/e-commerce backend capabilities will be disqualified.
